Driven by a 2.2 kW high-torque gear motor, this conveyor belt can withstand a maximum load of up to 600 kilograms without any mechanical jitter. Each heating area is equipped with a 1000-level high-efficiency filter, which evenly disperses the purified air onto the product surface. The under-suction design maintains the purity of the air and can better stabilize lightweight substrates, preventing shaking during transportation. The system is controlled by Xijie PLC and SCR modules. The 8-region system adjusts the current with micro-precision, achieving zero overshoot in thermal rise within the range of 0 - 200°C.

Procurement Process

The production and delivery cycle of the Industrial Teflon Mesh Belt Tunnel Oven is 30 working days. Our process includes scheme review, drawing design (customizable), cutting and fabrication, and on-site commissioning. Additionally, it requires 3 people to complete the installation, transportation positioning, and operation training on-site. The inner part of the furnace is uniformly made of mirror-finish stainless steel plates, the frame is welded from iron profiles, and the outer panel of the furnace is formed by laser cutting of cold-rolled steel plates and then through hydraulic molding. The insulation layer is filled with silica-alumina insulation rock wool. The equipment uses 304 stainless steel heating tubes. Through our independently developed volute and low-noise multi-blade fan, it achieves heat circulation. The circulating air is blown out from the volute and heated by the heating tubes, forming wind pressure in the equal-pressure box, and then evenly diffused to the product surface through an efficient filter. The entire machine has safety protection functions such as automatic temperature control, constant temperature, and automatic stop at over-temperature. It features safe use, convenient operation, environmental friendliness, and energy saving.
