Operating Configuration

Our Stainless Steel Mesh Belt Tunnel Oven can handle up to 65 kilograms of goods. Its 660-millimeter-wide conveyor belt is divided into five 102-millimeter-wide channels, each of which is equipped with stainless steel partition pins to prevent product movement. It is driven by a Schliner frequency converter and high-torque gear motors, capable of providing an ultra-stable speed range of 0.05 to 0.2 meters per minute. This enables it to operate at an exact baking cycle of 1 hour per hour, producing 5 products every 240 seconds, perfectly aligning with the beat time of modern automated production lines.
