circulation system and is equipped with a 1000-level high-efficiency air filter. Every cubic inch of air is purified
before spreading onto the product surface. It is driven by a 36-kilowatt power array and SCR output, with
temperature fluctuations of only ±0.5°C, ensuring that the plastic resin and coating can be perfectly cured without
yellowing or structural deformation.
Operating Configuration
Our Stainless Steel Mesh Belt Tunnel Oven can handle up to 65 kilograms of goods. Its 660-millimeter-wide conveyor belt is
divided into five 102-millimeter-wide channels, each of which is equipped with stainless steel partition pins to
prevent product movement. It is driven by a Schliner frequency converter and high-torque gear motors, capable of
providing an ultra-stable speed range of 0.05 to 0.2 meters per minute. This enables it to operate at an exact
baking cycle of 1 hour per hour, producing 5 products every 240 seconds, perfectly aligning with the beat time of
modern automated production lines.

period, we will be responsible for free repair and maintenance, excluding damages caused by consumables, human

it is opened with the help of a high-torque electric push rod. To ensure the safety of the operators, we have also

Q1: What are the benefits of this split pin design on the conveyor belt?
Answer: On the standard mesh conveyor belt, products may slide or overlap, resulting in uneven drying. However, our
fixed pins form 5 independent channels, avoiding collisions and ensuring that the hot air from the bottom can cover
100% of the product surface.
Q2: How does the ±0.5°C temperature control protect plastic components?
Answer: Plastic components are very sensitive to thermal overshoot. Even a 5-degree fluctuation can cause
deformation. Therefore, using the Delta module and SCR current control eliminates the "on/off" type temperature
fluctuations of traditional contactors.
