To achieve temperature uniformity within an internal oven with an effective height of 700 millimeters, a complex airflow
design is required. You can customize the Roller Conveyor Tunnel Oven at Dingfeng, which adopts a high-flow horizontal
cross-flow system. It is driven by 1500-watt independent motors with 12-inch multi-blade impellers. Hot air is forced
through specially designed stainless steel perforated plates from both sides, then converges on the product surface, and
returns through the top exhaust port, ensuring that the temperature uniformity within the entire 15.6-meter-long oven
operates stably within the range of ±5-8°C.
Heating process
The Industrial Roller Conveyor Tunnel Oven operates through safety protection functions such as automatic
temperature control, precise temperature stabilization, and automatic shutdown upon exceeding the temperature limit.
The interior of the oven is uniformly constructed with mirror-finish stainless steel plates, and the insulation
layer is filled with 120K silicagel aluminum insulation rock wool to achieve the desired heat insulation effect. The
external frame is made of iron profiles welded together, while the outer panel of the oven is formed by laser
cutting and then hydroforming on cold-rolled steel plates. The stainless steel heating tubes are used for heating,
and in combination with a low-noise centrifugal exhaust fan, an efficient hot air circulation system is formed,
allowing the heat to evenly spread to the surface of the products.

Operational Workflow
The Dingfeng Roller Belt Oven is equipped with an advanced semi-automatic pneumatic positioning system. The operator
manually aligns a 1200x1200 mm pallet against the pneumatic stops at the infeed station to initiate the conveyor belt.
Subsequently, pneumatic baffles synchronize with high-torque rollers to transport the pallets in a step-wise fashion,
advancing them in 1550 mm increments; following each movement, the stops automatically reset to receive the next unit.
Once the oven reaches its full internal capacity of nine pallets, an automatic lift-gate seals the chamber, and a XINJE
PLC activates the high-power hot air circulation system. The system alerts the operator via integrated audio-visual
alarms. The unloading process mirrors the loading logic, utilizing the high-precision pneumatic stepping mechanism to
safely and orderly convey the pallets to the staging area.
Q1: How can we ensure that the ¢76 mm roller will not deform at a temperature of 200°C?
Answer: The roller has an enhanced bearing inside, and the roller diameter is 210 mm. These materials have undergone
heat stabilization treatment to ensure that even under the full-load condition of a 1200×1200 mm workpiece, the
roller can maintain perfect concentricity and smooth rotation, and will not deform or get stuck in an all-weather
heating environment.
Q2: Can it adapt to different product heights?
Answer: Yes. The effective internal height is 700 mm, which is very suitable for large-sized hardware products. The
uniformity of ±5-8°C is maintained.
Q3: How does the exhaust system handle the exhaust gas produced by spraying or dehydration?
Answer: We installed a 750-watt high-temperature forced exhaust fan at the intake, and set adjustable new air vents
in each heating area. This ensures the rapid discharge of moisture and VOCs, preventing gas accumulation, and
providing a fresh and oxidatively stable environment for your coating.
