The DFGW80-07M 600°C High-Temperature Anti-Corrosion Tunnel Oven. Our equipment is equipped with a dedicated 30-unit
SUS316 heating component and has undergone surface nitriding treatment, capable of raising the temperature from room
temperature to 600°C in less than 60 minutes. To protect your facilities and operators, it is encapsulated in 200mm
thick 120K aluminum silicate insulation material and is equipped with an integrated air thermal insulation device.

High-Temperature Anti-Corrosion Tunnel Oven features 4-inch adjustable SUS316 exhaust valves designed to interface
directly with your factory's acid-scrubbing systems. Safety is deeply integrated into the PLC logic: we’ve
established a Heater-Fan Interlock system that instantly cuts power if airflow drops, preventing catastrophic
dry-burn. Combined with dual-stage over-temperature protection and 1300°C-rated ceramic fiber seals, we provide a
hermetically reliable environment that secures your high-value wafers and metallic substrates.
Manufacturing process technology
The 600°C Tunnel Furnace is meticulously crafted from high-quality stainless steel. The inner liner and air guide
plates are made of 2.0T and 1.5T SUS316 stainless steel that is resistant to corrosion and can withstand high
temperatures. The outer plate is made of 1.5T SUS304 stainless steel. The box body is filled with 200mm thick 120K
silica-alumina insulation cotton. During operation, the surface temperature remains within 15℃ above room
temperature. The temperature controller is combined with the SCR module, featuring built-in PID self-tuning function
and K-type temperature sensing element. It is also integrated with 30 SUS316 stainless steel heating tubes installed
inside the box, which have undergone high-temperature nitriding treatment and have exposed wiring terminals. The hot
air circulation system is driven by a 2.2KW long shaft motor with a 12-inch SUS304 multi-blade fan. It operates in a
horizontal air circulation mode with air exiting from the left side and returning from the right side. It is
specially equipped with a 4-inch adjustable stainless steel exhaust valve connected to the factory acid exhaust
system, and it has a minimum safety opening limit device. Dingfeng's process allows for flexible and safe adjustment
of exhaust flow according to actual process requirements.

Q1: Why is SUS316 stainless steel necessary in the 600°C conductive coating process?

clean and dust-free over many years of high-temperature cycles.

Answer: The High Temperature Tunnel Furnace employs four layers of insulation. A 200-millimeter thick 120K
high-density aluminum silicate cotton, a high-temperature ceramic fiber sealing layer, and a special internal air
gap between the inner liner and the outer SUS304 plate.
Q3: Can the exhaust system handle the acidic smoke produced by sintering?
Answer: Yes. The exhaust ports and internal air flow guiding devices, as well as valves with a safety minimum
opening limit, are designed.

To ensure the sealing performance and reliability of the 600°C High-Temperature Anti-Corrosion Tunnel Oven, we have selected
high-quality brand components. The hot air circulation system uses a Taiwan San Yue 2.2KW motor combined with a
dedicated stainless steel transmission shaft to drive the 10.5-inch 304 stainless steel multi-blade fan wheel
produced by Ding Feng and the high-temperature ceramic fiber cloth with a maximum temperature resistance of 1300°C
as the sealing gasket. A 304 chain-link conveyor belt with an effective width of 800mm is equipped, and it is
precisely controlled by a 0.4KW gear reduction motor for the automatic door opening and closing. We provide
2.5KW-380V surface nitrided U-shaped stainless steel heating tubes and Taisheng MF908 temperature controller,
mechanical temperature controller, 8-meter K-type temperature sensor, which work together and are matched with
Taisheng T-6L100A and Zhongtai's NXBLE 3P+N-C250A circuit breakers and CJX2-1810 AC contactors, as well as Omron
NR2-25 thermal relay. This ensures the overall operation of the entire machine.
