After product confirmation, we will provide the customer with a structural sketch before production. Production will only begin after customer confirmation.

During the production process, we strictly control every step, from raw material management to in-process inspection and final product inspection before shipment, ensuring that every product and every detail meets customer requirements.

The company has established a dedicated after-sales service department composed of professional technicians. One-on-one professional training is provided for every piece of equipment shipped. During the warranty period, you can enjoy free maintenance and repair: Upon receiving on-site feedback from customers, we will respond within 2 hours and provide remote assistance within 24 hours. If remote assistance cannot resolve the issue, we will arrange for after-sales personnel to arrive on-site.
