Dingfeng DFHK7008's 8m Class 100 Tunnel Oven Factory Direct adopts a unique under-suction hot air circulation technology. Electrical energy is converted into thermal energy through advanced stainless steel components, and then is pressurized by low-noise circulating fans through a 100-level high-efficiency air filter. We have also integrated vacuum carbon fiber infrared lamps, completing the process from RT to 100°C within ≤15 minutes. The Delta DTE-10T temperature module and SCR power regulation can achieve temperature control.
The temperature zones adopt side-opening door design, which is convenient for maintenance and cleaning. Each temperature zone is equipped with adjustable air inlets to facilitate exhaust of waste gas. It integrates comprehensive protection mechanisms such as leakage, phase loss, overload, ultra-low temperature, and one-button emergency stop to ensure the stable operation of the 8-Meter Industrial Tunnel Oven.

Customers can customize the drawings based on their actual requirements.The 8m Class 100 Tunnel Oven strictly complies with the 1000-level purification standards. All three sections of the temperature zones are independently and precisely controlled by Delta PLC combined with SCR thyristors, and are supplemented by far-infrared lamps to rapidly enhance the curing effect. The oven is equipped with a high-temperature efficient filter, and a Teflon high-temperature mesh belt is equipped with a device to prevent deviation and convenient self-cleaning sticky dust rollers. The cooling section uses a thousand-level laminar flow fan and a bottom forced exhaust fan to work together, discharging the hot air outdoors to achieve the best air cooling effect. Customers can customize the drawings based on their actual needs.
The control architecture of the Semiconductor Curing Furnace is supported by Inovance H5U PLC and Weinview MT8102iE touch screen, providing industrial 4.0 interfaces for MES data collection and automatic scanning functions. The system is composed of Schneider AC contactors and Omron relays, housed in a dustproof enclosure. This selection of high-quality components, combined with the Schininger inverter, ensures that the 700 mm wide Teflon mesh belt maintains a smooth and undisturbed speed of 0.5 to 3 meters per minute, protecting your precision wafers and PCBA from vibration or mechanical shock.
