Dingfeng, as a professional manufacturer, has equipped six 1.5-kilowatt stainless steel heaters in its high-quality Shrink Packaging Tunnel Oven. The heaters are equipped with specialized heat dissipation fins. Through our independently developed 8-inch stainless steel volute fan, the heat can be evenly transferred to the product surface. The internal-external curing logic shortens the heating time and extends the constant temperature time, which can prevent surface defects. Furnace cover design

The outer plate of Shrink Packaging Tunnel Oven is made by bending and forming of national standard 1.5mm cold plate. The inner liner is assembled and welded with national standard 1.2mm mirror-finish stainless steel plates. The joint parts are fully welded with all argon arc. The heating system is equipped with 6 stainless steel heating tubes with 1.5KW power each, with heat dissipation spikes. The hot air circulation uses an 8-inch specially made stainless steel shell. The air outlet is equipped with a wind guide plate. The inside of the furnace cover is filled with 120K silica-alumina insulation rock wool. The inner liner has an air insulation layer. The dual-function insulation design effectively reduces the surface temperature of the equipment.

It can also be customized in color as per requirements. The structure adopts a modular design, capable of supporting 24-hour uninterrupted smooth operation. It is equipped with an RKC digital temperature controller and SSR solid-state relay, along with stainless steel heating tubes and variable frequency motor drives. This enables ±5°C uniform temperature control, long-life heating, and smooth, stepless speed adjustment.
