With a high-density infrared quartz emitter array, it can penetrate the product surface and cure the coating from the inside outwards.

Manufacturing process

The Electric Heating Tunnel Oven boasts extremely high safety and ease of maintenance. The shell is made of laser-cut, hydraulically formed cold-rolled steel, and its surface is coated with a high-purity white powder coating. The interior is made of mirror-finish stainless steel and 120K aluminum silicate insulation material. It is equipped with an electric push rod oven cover. With a lifting force of up to 6000 Newtons, the opening angle of the oven cover can reach over 20 degrees. It also features hardened nickel-plated safety support rods and an electronic mechanical interlock system, ensuring a cool external touch and a clean internal environment, meeting the standard curing requirements.
