In China, Dingfeng's Easy-maintainable Programmable Industrial Oven is equipped with a high-end PLC + color touchscreen controller, enabling engineers to conduct detailed programming for heating, holding, and cooling stages lasting up to 999 hours. Unlike ordinary ovens whose temperature settings are prone to exceed the target values, our PID intelligent calibration technology can control fluctuations within ±0.5°C.

Mechanical Structure

The Programmable Lab Oven is equipped with a sturdy SS41 cold plate as the outer shell in its external structure. The interior is filled with 100 millimeters of high-strength ultra-fine glass wool for efficient heat insulation. Combined with the high-temperature-resistant silicone rubber sealing strip at the door frame, it is also used in conjunction with the heating and hot air circulation system. The nickel-chromium alloy electric heating tubes are employed as the heat source, and a long-axis motor drives the multi-blade centrifugal fan, creating a strong single-sided horizontal hot air circulation airflow. This ensures a highly uniform and stable temperature distribution within the oven cavity during the baking process.

The outer shell is treated with cold plate anti-rust base and then undergoes high-pressure powder coating.
