Other brands use standard coatings, while Dingfeng provides a 360° Teflon coating inside the cabinet, along with SUS316# grade heating elements, an SUS304 stainless steel shell, and a specially powder-coated surface to form a robust protective layer that resists external corrosion. It uses high-density 100 mm glass wool insulation material and has a total power of up to 42 kilowatts, ensuring precise temperature uniformity.

The Industrial Curing Oven supports the pre-storage of over ten different product baking process curves and enables one-click invocation. This fundamentally eliminates the risk of coating failure due to human error in setting parameters. The system can simultaneously record temperature curves at multiple points inside the furnace. The data can be exported via USB or seamlessly integrated with the MES system, ensuring that the process data of each batch of silicon wafers in the photovoltaic and semiconductor industries can be fully traced. In case of defective products, it can quickly determine whether the abnormal temperature zone of the oven is the cause, providing a solid basis for quality control.
