Daily Maintenance
As a typical clean-type equipment, the operators of PSG Drying Oven need to follow the precise monitoring of the color touch screen and PLC control system, and replace the primary, intermediate and inner shell high-efficiency filters of the air inlet regularly according to the pressure difference reading or the usage cycle to prevent dust from contaminating the battery cells or the surface of the components. When it is necessary to do so, use lint-free cloths and anhydrous ethanol to wipe the inner wall, shelves and air duct openings of the inner shell, eliminating any potential particle pollution hazards, which is crucial for ensuring the appearance yield of photovoltaic components. The silicone rubber sealing strips are prone to aging and hardening or cracking due to long-term high-temperature operation. Once damaged, they should be replaced immediately to prevent heat loss and the infiltration of external dust. For the mechanical moving parts such as hinges and locks of the oven door, apply high-temperature lubricating oil regularly to prevent jamming, thereby ensuring that your solar cells and semiconductor-grade materials are processed in an environment that meets the strictest industrial standards.
Operating Process
The Solar Industry Drying Oven has a wide temperature control range of +10℃ to 200℃ at room temperature. It can rapidly rise from room temperature to 200℃ within 20 minutes. The temperature fluctuation during operation is controlled within ±0.5℃, maintaining a level of ≤±3℃, ensuring uniform heating. The system uses K-type thermocouples for temperature sensing and is controlled intelligently by a color touch screen combined with PLC. It supports the longest 999-hour baking timing function. Additionally, it can be optionally equipped with a paperless recorder to record and trace the entire temperature curve, fully meeting the requirements of precise processes.
