Manufacturing process

The Industrial Trolley Oven we provide is pre-installed with high-strength angle steel or track steel rails at the bottom. It is constructed using thick square tubes welded together, equipped with heavy-duty universal wheels and directional wheels, and has an ultimate load-bearing capacity of several hundred kilograms or even several tons. An internal long-axis motor drives a multi-blade large wind turbine fan, which is used for performing critical heat treatment processes such as stress release, annealing, and aging. The door frame area innovatively adopts high-temperature-resistant silicone airbags or dense heat-resistant brush sealing strips. When entering or exiting, it has buffering and collision-avoidance protection. After closing, the cabin is achieved in absolute sealing through mechanical handwheel pressing or pneumatic linkage mechanisms.

Application scenarios

The Industrial Trolley Oven is responsible for the core tasks of aging, charging, drying after formation, and coating curing of large battery module assemblies; it also extends to heavy machinery and hardware manufacturing, including immersion curing of large motor stators and rotors, stress relief annealing of heavy castings, and preheating of large gears. For large electronic and electrical equipment, the cavity is used for the overall aging test of complete control cabinets and batch drying of large PCB boards. It also completes dehumidification of large plastic particles, vulcanization and shaping of large rubber products, and preheating of raw material barrels.
