Dingfeng's China Industrial Tray Oven is specially designed to meet the most demanding industrial environments. It features compartments with dimensions of 800x850x1500 mm and a loading capacity of 200 kilograms. The interior is made of high-quality mirror-finish stainless steel for corrosion resistance, making it ideal for batch processing of hardware and printed circuit board products, as well as for use in laboratories and the hardware industry.
The control system of the Industrial Tray Oven is equipped with a precise programmable PID digital temperature controller or an intuitive color touch screen. It is paired with a K-type thermocouple sensor to achieve high sensitivity temperature measurement, and supports a maximum baking time of 999 hours. An optional paperless recorder can be selected to record and trace the complete temperature curve in real time as per requirements.
The inner liner of the Industrial Tray Oven is made of SUS201 stainless steel plates to resist high-temperature oxidation. The outer shell is wrapped with SS41 cold plates. The core insulation layer is filled with 100mm thick high-strength ultra-fine glass wool. Combined with the high-temperature-resistant silicone rubber sealing strips at the door frame, it forms a sealed, energy-efficient and highly uniform heat treatment environment that effectively blocks the thermal bridge effect.
