The DFHK7008 type Dust-free Tunnel Oven produced by China Dingfeng Company adopts a bottom suction air purification system, driven by Delta PLC and analog output, and is capable of precisely regulating the current. The hot air is pressurized through a high-temperature efficient air filter and evenly distributed within the conveyor. The air pressure will be adjusted to ensure that the printing substrate and lightweight foil sheets remain in the correct position without drifting or moving, achieving a smooth temperature rise and thereby enhancing the adhesion of the ink..

Initial Commissioning & Safety

Baking period: During the first 3 to 5 hours of operation, there may be a slight odor or white smoke, which is caused by the new filters and materials. This is a normal and stable process that will automatically dissipate and will not affect the production quality.

Isolation area: Do not place flammable or explosive materials on the top cover of the Sanitary Tunnel Oven to prevent potential fire hazards.

Air flow verification: Before full-scale production, it is necessary to confirm that the circulating motor rotates in the direction indicated by the arrows. Incorrect direction will disrupt the internal thermal gradient and uniformity.

Daily Cleaning and Surface Integrity

External Maintenance: Use a damp cloth dipped in water for daily cleaning. Avoid using irritating chemicals or abrasive tools to prevent damage to the high-gloss powder coating or control labels. For stubborn residues, use a small amount of alcohol and then immediately wipe with a dry cloth. ·

Internal Disinfection: After cleaning the SUS304 mirror-like interior, let the circulating fan run for 5 to 10 minutes without heating. This ensures that any remaining cleaning agents are completely evaporated, preparing for the next high-temperature cycle.

Mechanical and Electrical System Inspection

Fastener Inspection: Regularly check the tightness of all structural bolts. The cylinder support and the hinge of the furnace cover need to be closely monitored to ensure mechanical alignment.

Electrical Safety: Regularly inspect all terminals, contactors, and relays in the Cleanroom Conveyor Oven cabinet.

Lubrication Management: Monitor the oil level of the gearbox. If the lubricant is below the observation port, it should be immediately replenished with the specified industrial-grade lubricating oil to ensure smooth and undisturbed operation of the conveyor belt.
