The DF-KX705035-3 oven supports adjustable temperature range from RT+20°C to 150°C, with temperature accuracy ±2°C and chamber temperature uniformity ±2% at no-load constant temperature. Adopting K-type high-precision thermocouple sensor, temperature display resolution reaches 0.1°C to meet strict drying standards for delicate components. A 120W long-shaft motor matched with a 7-inch multi-blade wind wheel drives horizontal circulating hot air, evenly distributed through SUS304 stainless steel perforated air guide plates. The oven is insulated with 120K aluminum silicate cotton (100mm thickness on all sides). Under maximum working temperature, the external surface temperature only rises ≤15°C above ambient temperature, cutting heat loss and energy consumption. It takes less than 20 minutes to heat up from room temperature to 150°C with a stable heating rate of 5–8°C/min, perfectly matching continuous mass production lines.
