The Chain Plate Tunnel Oven manufactured by China Dingfeng features a unique structure transmission main beam. As a professional manufacturer, we use Schininger frequency converters and 0.2 kilowatt gear motors for drive. We have meticulously optimized every straight edge contact point of the SUS stainless steel plates. We installed full-length center support rollers beneath the 625-millimeter-wide plate, which ensures that your micro components can receive exactly the same heat dosage from the entrance to the exit.

Manufacturing process

To achieve ±5°C temperature uniformity within a compact equipment, complex fluid dynamics technology is required. Dingfeng Chain Plate Tunnel Oven adopts a system combining its independently developed high-pressure casing with low-noise multi-blade impellers. This system pressurizes the heat generated by far-infrared (IR) lamps, allowing the downdraft airflow to pass through a specially designed porous distribution plate. The combined method of convection and pressure has been meticulously tuned and is suitable for electronic resins, preventing surface crust formation while ensuring deep curing of the internal adhesive. The entire process takes only 16 minutes.
