To rapidly heat from room temperature to 600°C within less than 60 minutes, not only a powerful drive is required, but
also precise thermal management is necessary. Dingfeng's durable Industrial High-Temperature Anti-Corrosion Tunnel Oven
meets the industrial needs of customers. It adopts 30 high-performance SUS316 heating elements and undergoes surface
nitriding treatment, which extends the service life and prevents high-temperature oxidation. It is controlled by Taisong
PID + SCR regulator and K-type sensor, with temperature fluctuations being only within ±0.5%. To protect your facility,
the box is wrapped in 200-millimeter ultra-thick 120K aluminum silicate insulation material and sealed with 1300°C
safety-grade ceramic fiber cloth to ensure that the shell can remain within the safe temperature range (≤ room
temperature + 15°C) during peak operation periods.
Equipment and Devices
Industrial High-Temperature Anti-Corrosion Tunnel Ovens are designed specifically for high-temperature conductive coating baking processes. It
features a horizontal airflow system driven by a Taiwan-made Sanya long-shaft motor. Hot air is evenly distributed
across the 800mm width of the conveyor belt, equipped with heater dry-burn protection, mechanical pressure gauges for
monitoring negative pressure, and a dual-layer overheat alarm system. 4-inch adjustable stainless steel valves are
specifically designed to interface with your factory's acid exhaust system, ensuring the emission of volatile organic
compounds (VOCs) without interfering with the environment required for a Class 1000 cleanroom.
Factory efficiency depends on the speed of your loading and unloading. Our Conveyor Curing Furnace features an
automatically braking geared motor-driven door system and a dedicated three-tier adjustable mother-and-child trolley
system. This allows operators to prepare products on suspended racks and seamlessly transfer them from the 304 stainless
steel chain conveyor belt to the trolley. This freestanding floor-standing control cabinet features a digital Industry
4.0 interface, enabling a programmable 999-hour timer and optional data logging for quality auditing. This ergonomic
integrated design reduces the risks of manual operation and ensures your high-temperature sintering process is always
the fastest link in the production line.
